  • These rates are based on single or double occupancy.

  • On in-season weekends, we limit our rooms to two persons in each room.

  • Additional fees may be required for more than two people per room.

To Make a Reservation

  •  A one night stay deposit is required to confirm you reservation.

  • A deposit may be in the form of a credit card at the time of the reservation

  • If you would like to pay by check or money order, it must be received within seven days of making the reservation.

  • Final payment is due at the time of check in.

  • No checks are accepted at check in.

Cancellation Policy

There is a $35 minimum service charge on all cancellations. If cancellation notice is received 14 days prior to arrival date, we will refund the deposit less $35. After that point, we will make every effort to re-rent the room. We will return your deposit less the $35 service charge, only if we are able to rent your room for the entire period reserved. If we are not able to rent for the entire period reserved, we will keep your deposit.
